One option is to add items to the shopping cart, then instead of processing through PayPal, print the shopping cart page, add your name, shipping address, billing address (if using a credit card), telephone number, and payment information such as credit card number and expiration date, or if mailing your order, a personal or cashier check. I will have to wait for the personal check to clear. Do not email credit card information. You may email the order but please call to give me credit card info or state a good time in the email for me to call you for info.

You can place your order thru PayPal, but it will add shipping charges. I can refund it or you can choose item(s) for the amount. I can deliver your items to you or your workplace or you can always pick them up at my location.
PayPal is very easy and safe to use - you do not have to have a PayPal account - you can simply use a credit or debit card safely by calling me on the phone or I am happy to call you.

I ship all orders using USPS Priority Mail and put Delivery Confirmation on each package. This tells me that the package did arrive at your address but not who accepted it. You will receive the shipping info by email when I ship. Unless you want to pay for Express Mail options and extra services, I cannot track your package and be 100% sure that it will get to you. I have to depend on the USPS to get it there without losing it. If a package does get lost or is delayed the odds are very good that it will arrive eventually or be returned to me. Please be patient. I will do all I can to aid in making the situation right. Please understand that some events are out of my control.

When you order thru my website and I receive your email address, I may, very infrequently, send you a notice of product updates or a sale in a newsletter. If you do not wish to receive any news email from me please email me to remove your email from my mailing list.
For Canadian customers -
I will contact you after I receive your order with the extra shipping charges. PayPal has changed their shipping codes in the add to cart buttons and they do not add shipping correctly. Until they can fix the problem, this is the best I can do. I will calculate the postage to your location for your order and send you a request for payment through PayPal.
Please watch your email account for it as I cannot mail the order until it is paid.

If you notice that when you place an order using the PayPal buttons that the shipping charges seem high for the items you are ordering, instead of canceling the order, please email me first. List the items (copy & paste from your PayPal cart) and alert me. PayPal's system is set for figuring shipping on the dollar amount not the weight or size. In most cases I can adjust the shipping & handling to be more reasonable and send you a PayPal invoice that reflects the lower shipping & handling. I want to be fair and upfront and I don't make money off shipping charges, for sure. Thanks!
